Be honest to your work and the employer, devote time to learnall the detaails of the business your employer is in and see what you can do to contribute to the progress of your company or employer.
Be courteous and graceful to colleagues, and restrained in your recactions
Cultivate the aquaintance of the customers of the Business. As and when you grow higher in the Firm , you will find it easier to promote the business. Cretae a good public image for your firm through your good conduct. This way, even if your employer is doing something wrong and you leave the company, your personal good image will help you to set up your own business or to rehabilitate you quickly in a new job.

Create and maintain an atmosphere where the workers of both the Genders and persons with different physical abilities feel secure and welcome.

Do not adopt discriminatory practices against any section of your employees or colleagues.

Promote the Development of Human Resources in the company and also the optimal utilisation of Resources. Offer suggestions for better work and business practices.
Be on the look out for ways to solve problems, if any, facing the business, and offer your opinion if asked. You may hint that you are willing to help with an idea, but remember that your employer may be taking help of professional Advisors and may not easily accept advice from you. So. don't pester him/her with your advice, unless asked for. The Home work you do will be of use to you ,never the less , on another job. It is the habit of seeking answers to problems that you have to develop.

In private service sectors there is no static or predefined work culture.It is the one that exists the day the venture been setup.The people in the lower levelof hirerachy observe the people at the top and adheres to those culture.(Its simple if you see your father welcomes your relative you do follow the same).Like that corporate culture is not educating people how to behave rather leading from the front as an example.As Year passes away it evolves in different versions.The management interferes if and only if , it founds the current practise does cause damage to her reputation.Few of corporate culture practises are

Organisational goal centered around clients.
Participation in social activities.
The kind of learning atmosphere it provides
