You haven't really provided clues as to exactly what you're asking, so my answer will most definitely be brief.

Embarkation process - 20- 30 minutes before a flight they ask you to board - old folks, people with children, 1st/business class and 'gold card' frequest flier members are asked to board first. Then everyone else.

If you have a small carry-on bag - wait til the end; if you are carrying alots of bags - you need to get on fast to get an overhead spot for your bags before they are all gone.

People who do not fly much take a long time to figure out their seat and take a long time to get in their seat (they are unaware that they are holding up the line for everyone behind them). Business people take no time since they have everything ready to sit down (book, laptop, etc. ready). Flights to business areas (NYC, Washington DC) board quicker becuase they are experienced travelers, and flights to Orlando or vacation spots take much longer.

Disembarkation is essentially a mad rush off the plane once the bell rings 'seat belt off bell'.

Embarcation --

Getting off a plane that has orginated in a differant country. You typically go through immigration where you get your passport stamped and oten times need to fill out a tourist card. Then you collect your bags and go through customs.

Disembarcation--- Leaving a country you ussualy show your passport and then enter a international transit zone part of the airport before bording your flight.
