Any dictionary that you will use to translate something from one language to another will have grammatical errors. Since the structure of sentences in different languages can be very different and it will affect a meaning of it. That is the reason why we have professional human translators/interpreters. :)

LOL. Why not. We see them daily. The humorous element right here is that oftentimes, some askers might right now digital mail me their question. they might write the finished English or Filipino word / word / sentence / paragraph / lyrics and then question me to translate it for them. I even joked at one author, "i don't keep in mind promoting myself as a private translator in any of the fora / cyber web pages I circulate to." LOL.
