Don't do it! I don't know how did you feel about this proposal, but I would be heartbroken, honestly. Explain to her that you appreciate her straight forwardness, but you tend to refuse her fantasy, as you wish to have a stable one on one relationship. There is no room for somebody else. That is if you love her, and I think you do.
Aslo, this might be a test for her to see how far are you willing to go. Remember! This is not about doing it for her, you're refusing her for your self-esteem.

Why would she want to introduce strangers into your relationship? It seems that your relationship does not matter to her as much. How about putting you both at risk to diseases? You need to reevaluate your relationship. She seems to be a pervert. A loving romantic relationship should be exclusive. Is that the type of girl you want to be with? What kind of future you want to build with such a girl? If she can engage in group sex what won't she do? What are her values? She obviously does not understand what a relationship is really about? You better of without her. You need a decent girl. She has no boundaries.
