I personaily don't have a problem with texting in our busy day to day life sometimes it is a way to keep up with a friend or boyfriend. I no it can be a little inpersonal at times but it is what you make out of it. Sometimes I can get just as much out of a text as a phone call. Ocourse I will talk to the person on the phone a little later in the day. Little Hot messages or sweet notes always make life fun...

texting can be so impersonal. It is hard to tell how somebody is feeling if you do not talk to them. You can tell a lot about a person's emotions by the intonations of his or her voice. I do not understand why he or she would want to text you only , if he or she wants to have a real relationship with you. That somebody might be hiding something. If it is a romantic relationship, it requires more effort on his or her part: talking to you, being closer to you.

i'm no longer one which exams each and every question for thumbs down. I do, in spite of if, have a wee nosey at how my solutions are doing and get a wee bit miffed if i'm getting any thumbs down, as i've got faith that I even have carried out my very suitable to offer respectable recommendation and think of that some each and every person is purely out to "play around" on the positioning and don't even examine what has been published!!!

I think texting is annoying period. Yeah I get that they can't "talk" at work. But, I am sure that their boss wouldn't be to hip to the idea that they are just talking in other ways, the idea is they want them to FOCUS on their job...school...DRIVING! Nobody should be allowed to text and drive that's just stupid. But yeah, if a person has that time, text them back...and tell them to pick up the phone and DIAL or to leave you alone.

YES! As if computers didn't ruin us sociably enough now we don't even have to talk to a person to talk to them. At least in an IM conversation you have to say goodbye and such and it's live.
