Hi, you know this is the question asked by at least one million people. And the answer remains the same: He is having no other way to know that you like him except that you go and tell him. You now you might be feeling shy or you might be thinking what if he replies in no and what if he is rude.
So why not take this as one challange in your life. I like a guy, let me have some adventure and treat it like a game. Let me just go there and say "I like you, what do you say?". He is not going to eat you up. At the worst he will say he is not interested, so what? there are so many more. But look at the bright side: what if he says: "good that you told me, I like you too".
So please go now and tell him. There is no other definite way. Go Now! All the best.

Tell him! What are you afraid of! If he doesn't like you you will stop hoping and go on! If he likes you, then you 'll have a nice relationship! Whatever happens will be for your own good!
It's not nice to regret for things you haven't done!

Strike up a conversation--see where it goes. Don't tell him you like him...just let nature take its course. He may not be interested in you--so be prepared for that outcome.

Don't straight up tell him... flirt with him and make it obvious to him that you like him, if he's interested in you he'll come back for more
