india being the 7th largest country in the world has no employment for the younger generation, who are forced to go abroad.

Population is not a problem. As an economist optly said every child is born not only with a stomach but with 2 hands and 2 legs to work.
Only laziness to do the work leads to unemployment.
If every body wishes to do something then every one will have employment in India.
People go abroad to earn more. But if our employers pay more then why should they go out. Why our employers are not paying well ? because they want to take maximum profits themselves and the indian employees are underpaid.
No government or politician or the govt. authorities are bothered, because they are getting their cake for this.

Bcos everyone wants to earn money without doing any work. It is a problem of attitude of the people. India is having lot of resources, diversified into variuos segments. All of us if willing can find some means of employment. To some extent we can blame our politicians for this problem. Look at China, today every house hold in USA has atleast 100 things which are made in china. Today American are afraid of only China which will eventually become the next super power. Another reason is a section of our Indian society is being suppressed by another section, we can say a form of modern day Slavery. Education to All is one solution for this.

I would have accepted this if you had said it 6 or more years ago. i think you are unaware of the silent transformation taking place in our country.
One great example is that two people from our reputed IIM-A have been recruited by an MNC with package of 1 crore per year.but both of them refused to join and have their own plans to set a new venture.
It might sound like only people at the higher ends do get oppurtunities like this but you are again wrong.
Due to globalasation and indias great success in IT industry , started creating millions and millions of jobs.(My first month salary is same as that of what my father earns after working for 20 years)
BPO industry is roughly growing around 50%.
Retail sector which is slowly booming in india,which will surely create atleast few millions of jobs in the coming years .Today if a company to be recognized as a global one it should have atleast operating unit in india.
Few other sectors like Telecom,hardware are new to india and this would surely create millions of oppurtunity.
Also traditional job creating sectors like manufacturing is also going at right phase and expect good opportunities there.
To summarize few years ago we had only one sector manufacturing where we try to find job and end up with frustration.
Today we have IT,NONIT( BPO, CALL CENTRES,KPO,EPO),
PHARMA,RETAIL,MANUFACTURING,HARDWARE,TELECOM and more industries are in the pipeline.
So dont worry about the unemployment problem a lot good things will appear soon.

bcoz population are increasing day by day.one point is there is not unemployment.there are lot of companies are coming to india and qualified person are less.u have to know there are 1lac job in account sector.and there are not people in india to fulfill the requirement.another point is people are uneducated about the sex education which is reason behind increasing population and increasing unemployment

simply by fact it particularly is corporation as regular interior the land of DC in spite of if Republican or Democrat. The powers that be will do something to ward off being suggested as a "protectionist". If Obama scrapped the H1B software and did what needed to be achieved to guard AMERICAN workers, he'd in all risk be impeached. they are actually not allowed to guard AMERICAN workers, yet they are able to do all they are able to to import greater distant places exertions even while the economic equipment is crap. yet, we save vote casting for those assholes.
