if you do not go to the doctor, ask the pharmacist at a drug store what he would recommend. Now if what he recommends is too expensive. Then do like I did. Buy some baby oil with aloe. AFTER you shower and dry your face put on the baby oil to your face and rub it in. Also at night put some on you hands and again wipe you face with. This is the cheapest solution if you do not have money. Also buy a jar of moisturizer or face cream.

Go see a dermatologist (skin doctor)- your doc can refer you to someone. There are many products but you need to have it evaluated. It could be many things from exzema to scabies & you won't treat it right until it is diagnosed properly.
By the way, I think you mean "normal" not "norman". Norman is my cousin! ;)

Use a lotion called SKIN MD...You can get it at a local pharmacy. It will cure your problem in a month I promise. It's little expensive though...costs about 40 bucks for 20 oz bottle.
