hey guys i need help its like my girlfriend's ex is back,he just payed her a visit and asked her to excort him which she did and told her that he had something to tell her and promised to visit her the following day.So i don't know if its me or maybe am jealous coz i feel like his intruding in my way and i think its not right and want does he want to tell my girlfriend thats the question,should i just let it go or should i protect jealously,at least give me 12 things to trust a girl and how to keep her.

The crap thing is that, she will do what her heart feels. If you want her to stay with you, then trust her that she won't let things get out of hand. Don't do anything rash to make yourself look like a dick, if you start down that road, it will only get worse.
From personal experience man. If she cares for you, simply trust her and the time you two have developed together. Communicate of course with her about your concerns, but, don't interrogate her. That would definitely begin to blow things for you for sure.
Stay cool, be yourself, and be the guy she became interested in and started dating in the first place. Good luck amigo.

Eventually you should ask to meet this guy. See if he is man enough to meet you. If they continue down that shady path where you don't know what's going on with them and you feel like the third party, you might have to start considering that she may not be the girl for you. It sucks, I know.

If he is her ex and she escorted them,although she is suppossed to be YOUR GIRLFRIEND now, maybe she really isn't committed to you and her going with him is the first clue that it is over.
Your jealousy is justified. She should not have gone out with her ex if your are in a committed relationship without including you in the equation as she should put your feeling and priorities over her ex's.
His "question" sound like a toying maneuver and to keep her on a string and neither you or she should tolerate it...you have no control over her, but you do you and you should ask her to make a choice and if it is him, let her go and move on so you will be free to date someone who truly values and appreciates you.
To try to give you 12 things to make you trust her and keep her would be foolish if she will not really and truly commit to you.

Ya, its natural to feel jealous ...But dont get attatched to it.Just drop jealosy one side ...if u love truly to taht girl then u would ask her to be with the who she think is right and if she loves u ....then she wont leave u for sure...but if she did ...then there is nothing to be jealous or angry at ...just be her good friend and find somebody else good hearted girl for u...and never ever fall for the previous one.
So dont keep inside anymore ..it will eat u day n night ..express her everything and give her independence to choose with full respect...
Dont find love in other person .....it is there inside us ...sit calm and commmit urself to ur parents ...they are the only one deserve ur love ...

Well of corse you should trust her, thats part of being in a relationship. However, I don't think its fair that they are sneaking around behind your back. You need to confront both of them and let them know you are getting irritated. If hes trying to move in on your girl tell him its too late. What ever he wants to talk to her about he can do it over the phone.
Theres a reason hes the ex.

you need to take matters into your own hands.... let them know u aint no *****. Start dictating terms and be a MAN... go out there stand in between your girl and him and let him know who's the man. Are u a man or a mouse? Time to act brother... tell em who's the boss

well its ok to be jealous every man and woman is but at the same time if she makes up her mind she wanna be with him and not u u have no control over that too just tell her how u feel and let her choose what she wants

If I were you, I would ask her what her intentions were; does she want to give him a second chance? You would be a better person if you asked her what her intentions were and offered to be there if things didnt work out!

You can not force your girlfriend to stay with you if she wants to leave.So let her talk to her ex.Trust that she still loves you.if she decide to go back to him then let her go .SHE IS THEN NOT WORTHY OF YOUR LOVE.
