how do you make the picture black&white with only ur eye colour showing?

cut out the eyes!
to make it black and white click Ctrl shift U

Open your photograph in Photoshop and copy it to make a new layer.
Make the top layer black and white (e.g. by using desaturate, or channel mixers) then carefully use the eraser to remove the top layer to reveal the coloured layer below. You could use a layer mask instead to stop it being a destructive edit.

using magic laso, or magnetic laso, to select the part of the eyes you wanted. from the begining till the end to one point only.
right click, you can see feather, feather is one the effect to make the rough line that you make to be softer, change it to 0.5 softness, its up to you.
ctrl shift u for makin it black and white.

Convert to black & white to clear all color, then covert back to color and use the history brush or paint back in the color areas you want.
