Well...thinking rationally, I would find out if it was intentional or not, which only you will probably be able to tell unless she right out tells you that she lied. If she did lie, she definately broke trust barriers, but normally this kinda thing happens for a reason; meaning, if she lied to you about it, there is normally more underneath the surface that is going on that she is not communicating with you. It's up to you to decide if it is worth working through or not. Good Luck!

Was it a deliberate lie or it was a mistake she thought she was pregnant.If it was a misatke then no problem you can never be sure of such things.If it was a deliberate lie,what was the reason for it.She can not be trusted and so it is time to move.

It sounds like she has serious mental problems or an inappropriate need for attention/attachment that will not get better over time without treatment or medication...she has a serious disorder and you need to get her to a professional to get help.
