As a stylist, I would go with the style that suits your face shape more. The first one sounds like it would be very stylish and and fun, but the second one sounds a bit more versatile and has many more styling options. I would lean towards the second as it would probably be easier for styling in the morning.

You should decide on a cut that you will adjust easily to being that you've had long hair for so long.
When I was younger I cut my hair (that was a little past my lower back) right at my shoulders. I regretted it so bad, but hey the Spice girls were the shxt and I loved Posh Spice. LOL *blushes* And then they faded a year later and I was left with hair that was nowhere near my lower back.
Of course you're cutting your hair because you want to but in my opinion don't go too short. Do a Jordana Brewster kinda cut. With long layers. It will look so beautiful straighten, if you straighten your hair.

I have got Cosmopolitan Virtual Makeover program. after you install it to your computer, you put your head picture in there and there are lots of hair styles that you can try and see how you would look like.. I do it before i do anything with my hair. it really works.
If you cant get it, my advice is, if you have a small face short hair would look good on you. but if you have a big nose and a big face, short hair would make your head look bigger. if your hair is curly short hair isnt very comfortable. I have tried them all. at the end women need long hair. it changes the whole look. trust me

I would take advice from the stylist cutting your hair, consultations are usually free, so take advantage of that. Don't listen to anyone that says girls should have long hair, that's such a cave-man attitude, if you want it shorter then go for it, it's easier to take care of. I just had mine cut pixie short, and although I am having problems styling it right now, I still love the basic cut, and it looks way cuter than my straggled waves that I had before.

number one sounds a little cuter than number two, but I used to have really long hair too, to change mine I got it cut about an inch below my chin (about shoulder length) and had it layered, to touch it up, I had the layer tapered from my chin down, it turned out very cute and way different than what I was used to.

Make a deal that the dad has to attend to it - protecting it sparkling, neat, and out of his son's way. lengthy hair is an noticeably vast problem for little ones - it receives stuck in toys, it receives in foodstuff, that's complicated to look after and youthful ones hate having it washed. it would want to also be an entrapment chance. might want to you've the dad assist you to retain reducing it until eventually the baby is 3 for protection, and then enable it improve out?

number 2 sounds more modern and updated. It will also be more simpler to style in the mornings. I have my hair like that only it's a bit shorter and I love it. You can add highlights or change the color for more fun and dramma to your hair.

if you are average height, you can sport any hair style whehter long or short. But if you are petite, short hair is becoming, for the effect is to lengthen your height.
