You will not be able to travel on the waiver program and will need to apply for the appropriate visa's through the US consulate. Be sure to be totally honest when making your application. If you are not, then you will be banned for 5 years.

yeh u can i think it depends on what the sentence was for and how extreme or wat ever it was too...and like the other person said depends if u are on restriction to stay in the states and stuff or not.

im in nz and got to tell u its a wonderful place hehe so hope u get to visit it tkc
