tell them at you never loved them at all. tell them that being with the was the biggest waste of you're time and that you don't wish it on you're worse enemy. tell them that they deserves lonelyness and they will probably end up lonely all they life. that should break someone's heart for a while

Get another girl pregnant behind you wife's back, preferable her sister or best friend.
For a woman I'd say get pregnant by her husbands best friend or brother...maybe even his co-worker.
Tell someone you never loved them, and then laugh at the look that comes across their face, and say, "Don't cry and be pathetic"
