Well you should be allowed! They can build temples over here even without planning permission. E.g Watford. But the council said they could keep it, so you shouldn't have to much of a problem... right? (heavy sarcasm)

There's already churches in Pakistan. But whatever, you'd have to ask permission. You can't just go and build a church on a foreign land because you feel like it.

Yes you can. and theres already plenty of them as a result of the British empire. Now that thats out of the way will you actually be building your church? Where about would you like to build it, will it be in an area where there are enough Christians living to fill your pews, how big will it be and which sect of Christianity will it serve? Do you have enough money to build it?

Im sure (well almost) that the Pakistani officials would allow construction. But the locals would torch it as soon as look at it. And I dont think you would get much passing trade either

Why Not !!!
You are always welcome to build a church in Pakistan anywhere you want !! In my small city we have four churches both for catholics and protestants !! and they are free to live according to their religious believes and practice their religion freely !!!
Peace !!!
