we have been at mid 30s all day tuesday.. do other cities cancel schoold bc of the weather? let me mind u our winter is usually never under 50

In the northeast we usually have one or two days a year cancelled during a school year because of the weather. We haven't this year. This is probably going to rank as one of the warmest school years we have ever had up here.

I live in Texas and we just had freezing rain last night. Today was in the high 20s with ice on the windows and whatnot...

But they don't care, we still had to go to school...

yeah sometimes they cancell school.
it depends..hasnt happened for while. i live in arizona. not really winter weather.

i live in south Africa and they never cancelled school when i was in school. no matter wat the weather is like.
