Find out what hobbies, sports etc interest him and try to get involved. Spend more time with him.

well this sounds like a true American person litigatation let her try your father is your father if the wicked old stepmum has a problem let her go to open court and then you can take the press with you and let them know what this person is like.get on OPRAS show set the cat among the pigeons . or just suggest that you might do this she will either drop a bombshell or be very worried. she may wear the pants in the house, and be giving your bio dad mental cruelty all little factors you could suggest if she threatens you Regards

Your half-brother has legal basis for any type of lawsuit, it is a choice between you and your biological father if you want to pursue a relationship. Your half-brother, despite being chronologically an adult, needs to grow up!

Ignore him. He cant do anything. tell him if he tries to get a laywer..they will just laugh in his face. he feels thretened by you because he thinks you will take all your dads attention away from him. Tell your dad what he is saying. MAKE SURE HE KNOWS! If he calls you or leaves a message, keep it for future use. he may keep harassing you and you need all the proof you can get. Tell him to F-off and grow up. Be strong, woman! DO you have you own place? Invite your dad and his wife over for dinner. Take your dad to see a movie. GO see a play. Even going to the local zoo would be nice. Simple fun things

I think you brother may be worried that you may get more attention, than himself
The only way a court order can be taken out by your brother is if you make a nuisance of yourself or if you react violently towards HIM.
Everyone has the right to meet there natural parents. Do not let your brother BULLY you.
Your brother is a jealous man. Pity him.

It is none of her business and she can't sue you for that!
Call your father and tell him that you would like to get to know him better and make plans to go to dinners, of coffee... anything where his wife cannot get involved.
