You should enjoy life at your age. But if you really want a six pack. Doing push ups & lots of sit ups & crunches. About 100, 3 to 4 times a day for 6 weeks should do it. Also, eat protein & watch your carbs. If you have access to an ab machine at the gym use it., that will help you reach your goal too.

I feel it relies on the character lol... There generally is not one proper method to reply this. As a lot as I cannot deny that the six-percent is attractive, in the event you shouldn't have a first-rate persona that is going with it the enchantment is surely transitority. Flat belly or beer stomach is generally the identical. Although ladies will say that a guy with a killer frame is well watching (which is right), we will be able to turn out to be making a choice on the person that has the center, the first-rate persona, the mind, the honesty, and so forth... earlier than since the person with the six-percent.... if in case you have all the ones features and a six-percent good energy to you lol... But ya, I bet my reply summed up might be that each and every lady has their possess option and that finally the connection for you to final may not be founded on a six-percent or something of the variety... Hope this is helping

At your age??!!

I think you are still young & still growing. I'm afraid if you start carrying weights too early, you might have stunned growth and make you look more of a beef-cake than what you actually want.

At least weight until you are fully grown - in terms of height and weight. Else you may turn out looking like a dwarf with a 6-pack.

Give yourself another 2 years at least then start going to the gym. I'm sure there would be instructors in the gym that would help you get the 6 packs.

There is no fast way to get muscles. But you do have to eat more healthy food, and eat more than you normally do. You also need to get all the sleep your body needs. 10 hours should do it. You can't get a six pack just by doing situps only. You need a cardio workout, and you need to build the muscle all over your body as well. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you weight more than you're supposed to, make sure it's all muscle, because if you weigh more than you're supposed to, and it's not muscle, then you're just fat.

Maintenance: once you have muscles, you aren't supposed to quit developing them. They need to be maintained, or else they'll turn back into fat. DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN.

Weight training at 12 years old can be hazardous though. Your body is not fully matured yet, and don't do more than your body allows it to. My dad was pretending to be macho man, and nearly tore a muscle in his arm. Same with my boyfriend. So only lift weights that will develop muscle, but won't cause bodily harm.

Consult with a PE teacher or a trainer. You need their advice more than mine. Also, you need to go to a health physician. I know of kids in real life that are MUSCLED like people from DBZ, and it's scary, but that's only because they were careful. Injuries can set you back. TAKE CARE.

Lol. To get a 6 pack you need to build muscle. While it IS possible to get a 6 pack at that age, it is quite difficult and taxing on your body. Seriously. You seem fit. Stay that way, and slowly put muscle on your body. The girls will like ya if you look good. You don't necessaily need to have a 6 pack lol. First try putting muscle on your amrs, then go from there (because I find that arms are usually the first) just excercise, eat comfortable, stay fit, and dont push urself too hard.

Cheers.

Many sit ups and other ab exercises will help tone your mid section. Many people crave the look and businesses are quick to take your money, but the fact is, not everyone is built like the models on TV. Genetics makes a huge part of how you look, and those six packs might not be what your genes want to do. My advice is forget about the cosmetic appearance and keep living a healthy, active lifestyle. Keep exercising and eating right and you may even see those abs, but don't make them your priority. Believe me, us girls think more of a guy then what their stomach looks like.

You are kidding me, do you know what people want six packs for? So girls will want them for sex. You do not need a six pack at 12, what in the holy hell would you DO with it??

Stop weighing yourself for at least 3 years, you are headed full steam for an eating disorder.

a twelve-year old shouldn't be weighing himself or herself.

for all you know, you're going to be too skinny to have a six-pack for a long time. so just eat right and play your sports, but don't worry about the six-pack. if it comes, it comes.

You shouldnt really get a six pack at your age height and weight..because when you exircise your muscles get bigger and they tighten against your bones which help you stay small...but its better to slim and healthy until you grow older
