If this is real and a doctor can't help him, dump him.
His legally he may be old enough to have sex but mentally he is a toddler. And sleeping with a toddler is just plain wrong.

I'm guessing you're an adult of sound mind, and that this is a serious question and not some attention seeking prank. Since I'm a nurse, I can give you a pretty educated guess. I have never had a patient who couldn't control their bowels unless they had a medical reason. You haven't mentioned any medical predisposition so I'm leaning toward gross psychological issues. If you are planning to marry this man then you should be aware of any medical problems that would contribute to loss of bowel control PRIOR to an engagement ring anyhow. However, I do suspect that this is a prank since you mentioned he isn't in "pull-ups" and there is no significant difference between adult diapers and adult "pull-ups". If you were even remotely bright and have been intimate with this man enough to sleep with him, then you would know there is not much difference. And, also, if you had even a shred of intelligence, this alleged feeling of loss and hopelessness you've experienced would not stem from the fact that you can't marry until he's in "pull-ups". The feeling of hopelessness would stem from a serious lifestyle disruption rather than whether his diapers have tape or elastic on the sides. As a matter of fact, perhaps you should both seek a psychological evaluation.

You can't be serious!
BUT if you are, talk to him about it. A heart to heart as to why on earth (nicely ofcourse) he was not 'potty trained' and explain to him why it is so important for him to start using the bathroom.
Or else take him to a psychologist to be able to understand if he has any hang ups about using the bathroom and how to make a smooth transition from diapers to bathroom!!

I have worn diapers for years as I love them. I have even told some partners that I need to wear them. Maybe your man is like me, and wants to be diapered in bed. I always wet mine, but not poo. To each is own I guess. Let him wear his diapers, how's it hurt?

I'm a little grossed out by the image this brings to mind but my guess would b 2 read those potty trained books for kids, you know how when there about to go you rush them to the bathroom so they go on the toilet?...anyways good luck with that and i hope it works!

why is he still in diapers is the question?
dont get married if his in pull-ups.
i think his old enough to be potty trained.
seriously, potty train him like you'd potty train a child.

He needs help (mentally or medically) and you are enabling him to behave like a baby. Why would you even consider marrying him?
