head to tarifa best place in spain for kite surf and windsurf if you need lessons try bull kites we had lessons with Michael there very helpful a choice of 3 or 4 beaches and normally al least one will have decent conditions the old town is also great for a few drinks after surfing .when we were there there were a good mix of Spanish french English German kite surfers.hostel Almeda is cheap clean accommodation and there are also plenty of campsites

You need to know how to surf before you kite surf. If you know that, then it will be easyer to you cause you have something to leen on, but not with much weight. Have a fun and safe trip.
