It is a myth the U.S. needs these workers. I think it is because like Dobbs says, the current administration is pushing to combine the U.S. and Mexico.

Because they are in the pockets of the big corporations that actively recruit them in their countries and smuggle them here to work for less then Americans are willing to work. I am talking about your beloved president here.
The real enemy is not the poor bastard coming here to try to better his or her life it is the people that pay them less if they are illegal and actively work at making it harder for them to be legal and easier to come over here illegally.
If the government ever agreed to build that wall across Texas Haliburton would build it charge us 500 billion dollars for it and build every tunnel underneath it as well.
