Ok so this girl used to be my freind. she used to call me to hang out few months ago, when we hang out we hold hand and kudle and all. well i did liked her and finally told her. we went out together too also mad out couple times. weeks later she wouldnt return my calls and finally told me she is not ready. maybe later she said what the hell is she doing to me??? i dont get it..

What part didn't you understand? You crossed the line and she wasn't ready. She probably feels just as confused.

Sounds like you were a filler. Time filler, until she found someone else. Its crappy but it happens alot. If I were were I'd move on.
concentrate on finding someone who is ready.
