yes I did and i did ok for 3 months but then I kind of plataued (as everyone will) and even though I tried to increase my reps like they told me to it didnt help me any. The contract is a pain in the butt and I don't like that I had to find childcare so I could go work out. I think maybe for older people it might be a good thing but if youre young and or a mom of small children you'd be better off going to an actual gym. I thought a gym would be intimidating but i found an awesome gym with no contract, just month-2-month, I can bring all 3 of my kids and they get played with and spoiled while I work out and not worry about them.

A colleague of mine worked at 'Curves' VERY briefly and found herself wasting her professional time.

Its like Weight Watchers with a pointless Keiser-type circuit thrown in, and the whole thing delivered in a really sickly American way.

Go to a proper gym. Get a proper workout.

Ask to work out in the event that they are in a position to furnish you a tribulation club to work out if that's what is going to paintings for you.

No, but I think it sounds like a good idea, as long as it's not too expensive. The more people helping you out, the better!
