Ok is there such thing as to many guy friends? Almost all of my friends are guys. But guys that I go out and date say that there is no such thing as guys wanting to be a girls friend. They says that the only time a guy is a girls friend is when he thinks that eventually he will get lucky? Is this true?

well even if he has no chance, nad knows he has no chance, it's guranteed he has thought about it, unles you're a dog.. if you're not he's thought about it, unless he's gay, but just cause he's thought about it doesn't mean he's trying to get anywhere.

it's good to have girls as friends though, cause it often leads to other available girls

Some guys want to be your friend because they are hoping that one day they will get lucky. However, there are guys that make great friends and really don't want anything more. Do you really think that all your guy friends want to be with you? Maybe your guy friends are for real and the guys you are dating are jealous jerks. Why don't you ask some of your guy friends this question and see what they say? Good luck!

Not every guy friend is out to get something more than friendship. I have many guy friends, and found them to be way more trustworthy and reliable than girl friends. And it has never been the case where I dated any of my guy friends nor that they wanted more. But I suppose there are some who will always try to win you over as a friend to get something 'more' out of it. But then again, there is a clear distinction between real friends and those who want something from you.

The guys you are dating are right..unless the guy is gay, he has it somewhere in his mind at some point in the past or hoping in the future you may hook up. Many guys keep female friends around a back-up to fall back on when their main girl dumps them to salve their wounded ego.

I am not saying the guys that are your friends don't care about you or are using you because they do, it is just at some point past/present or future, they have wanted something more and may not even be aware of their own motives.

True and Not True. I have only one female friend. The rest are guys. True enough the urge gets there that I want to **** one or some of them but that natural. { Or maybe I'm just a freak ;) } But that doesn't mean you're going to do it. You have to know how to let your friendship remain a friendship. . .

Or **** 'em on the DL.

Sometimes that true and other times its not. I do believe that guys and girls can be strictly platonic friends. These guys you go out with may feel threatened by your relationship with these guys and that's normal. Wouldn't you feel threatened too if they were friends with a lot of girls? I'm sure you would. I know I would.

No. That's an statistical impossibility. I have many girl friends whose company I enjoy and nary a thought for sex. In fact, if in the remote chance they initiate anything in that area, I am afraid I'd be a great disappointment. On the other hand, I sometimes see women that awakens manly desires, and they were not even my friends. It's all in the chemistry my dear.

Maybe with some, possibly even true with most but there are many guys out there with more friends of the opposite sex to. I happen to be one of those types, the majority of my friends are females and I don't want to sleep with them, they are just friends. Although I have had a couple make attempts here recently, I just let them know I don't sleep with my friends.
