why do YOU think that amubulances reduce crime ? Last time I checked, ambulances were used to transport sick or injured persons to the hospital. I don't believe that they have any effect on crime whatsoever. Is it your perception that ambulances are actually undercover vehicles ? oh, and by the way, so are schoolbusses, trains, taxis and UFO's

Because they take crazy criminals to the mental hospital.
