Well, drinking lots of water throughout the month and exercise. Also multivitamins and evening primrose will help stop it all before it starts. REmember that vitamins and supplements need to be taken for about a full month before seeing results.
But keep Tylenol and Asprin in your drawer at work. Also They have Thermo heat pads at walmart or walgreens. They stick on your abdomen or back and feel like a heating pad. Take the tylenol and half dose of Asprin. Asprin is not good to use all the time but is a better pain reliever then tylenol. Also sometimes for me drinking a nice cup of chamomille tea with honey makes me feel better. I hope these tips help ya out! Good luck and feel better!

Try stretching or exercising, if you're not into that then just take a midol or advil. Lay off the caffeine.

*giggles at the fact that your question is in the cat section*

-.-' Good luck.

hi there it sounds like you need to chat to your doc, but aromatherapy oils can help ease the cramps, lavender and Clary sage and cypress are very good for relieving cramps just mix them up(just two/three drops each) in a base oil can use normal oil for massage and rub it in to your belly. also a hot water bottle is a must have!!! hope this helps

why did you put this in the cat section? and why didn't you hit spell check?

get some midol and use a heat pack. if you really think its menopause, go to a doctor~ might be able to get some drugs for those mood swings and pain.

If you were asking about "miaow-paws" instead of menopause, then MAYBE we could help you here...

If your pain's that bad - I suggest you go see a vet.
