when we maker of somthing cosider their creature such as software, and investigate for instance;feedbacks, they try to make or correct their last creature. certinly, our changing will be sucsessful if we study the erorrs, mistakes, consider and manage everythings related to our subject, and employ for instance the knowledgeable people. ultimately we make new version that is better than before. and also, we want to conclude that when we make a new creature according to exactly studies this don't need to develop and it is the firs and the last one; but our knowledge is not complete or because of economic problems we have to develope somethings gardually or because of poor knowlege about somethnig we have to make somethings gradually. this was a hint for conclusion.

Not necessarily.

Water tastes worse ... so do fries & hamburgers.
Furniture is no longer built as well nor are homes themselves.

The list can go on & on .... the only thing better than before is technology.

What we've chosen to do with it is another story.

1. This seems more like a question for philosophy as opposed to software (and actually, you don't even have the word 'software' or specify an application within your entire question).

2. The proposed statement reflects a poor example of inductive reasoning (so poor, in fact, that you don't present even one case to even clarify the declarative statement, let alone support it).

3. Assuming you just wrote this as a joke, I'll laugh with you.

Ha!

(I feel better)

98 SE was better than ME, Picture it Publishing 2001 was WAY better than the newer one. so, no.

When re-read your ? I realized you were possibly speaking in general (not just software), and in that case it would be a matter of opinion. I am a computer tech, so therefore it's always on my mind...computers.
