Another vote for the high and the mighty. It's old, but great. I thought the folks that did United 93 (the real movie version, not the A&E TV version) did a great job portraying the crew. The way the flight attendants and pilots were talking to each other, conversations they were having, the way they ran procedures and checklists, was all very close to how it's done in the real world. Heck, I think they even used the usual taxi clearance that you would get when taxiing out of Newark.

Well, there is Airport. And Airplane, which is a slapstick comedy.
There was one out just a few years ago where the husband is a pilot and he is flying from Ireland and the plane goes down and they find out he had another wife and child in Ireland. It would be from 2000-2003 .....The Pilot's Wife....
