can you put lincoln mags on chev van 1ton?

I have Lincoln wheels on my 1974 Chevy pick up truck. They are both 5 lug. If your van is a 5 lug wheel, then it probably will work. I really do have wheels off a Lincoln on my truck.

Not a 3/4 or 1 ton , there 8 lug
The older 1/2 ton 5 lugs and the lincolns will interchange.

The 1 ton van probably has an 8 bolt pattern, so, no probably not
