I don't really think so.. but I think you might instead spend 5 mins of your time in the morn to shave close.. everyday. That is the best inexpensive option available.
All said, beard/moushtache does signify manliness for some people.

There is, if you don't mind growing breasts. How about duct tape? Lay it on, yank it off.... But one thing to keep in mind.... The more you cut or pull them, the more and tougher they'll grow. Electrolysis works, but isn't cheap. Neither is a sex-change operation, though. Unless this is what you have in mind, put up with it like the rest of us men do or grow a beard. It's a part of being a man, kid. I believe your problem is called Peter Pan Syndrome. Do you want to keep your high-pitched voice too?

You can have electrolysis done, but it's permanent. Maybe you won't always not want a beard. What if you move somewhere cold, it will help to keep your face warm.

That would be nice but no there isn't one. Pretty much the only option is Laser Hair Removal. It takes a few treatements but it works.

You may regret anything permanent when you get older. I had to help shave my 13 year old this past weekend, so you are not alone.

You can get laser treatment, but it's expensive and you have to go many times to get the hair to stop growing back.
