I just recently found out I have mild scoliosis. I notice that when I do arm raise of 30LBS for my shoulders, my backbone arcs going into the 2nd and 3rd set because it really is heavy. This can be dangerous I realized. Is there any other way I can develop my shoulder muscles? Additionally what safe back muscle exercise can I do? I only use dumbells at home. Even doing tricep exercise like lifting the dumbell from my back to the top of my head has become a concern if it'll affect my scoliosis.

well the first consideration is the degree of scoliosis which can be determined best with xrays. Secondly, you can talk to a physical therapist in this regards, through your doctor if needed, to see which exercises are better. This is beyond the stage of getting recommendtions from people who exercise or who coach gyms, good luck
