I am a Christian but I see nothing wrong with homosexuals or lesbians, they are all children of God.

To my knowledge practicing homosexuals are not admitted to the church as members. However, the key is whether they are struggling with this sin. Since all believers are struggling sinners, there would have to be some evidence of that struggle before a baptism could be performed (if a new believer) or profession of faith is made to for admittance to the Lord's table.

My friend Ginnie is Presbyterian. I've never been to her church, but she's a bit of a homophobe so that says something about her church. I'm not condemning them, but anyone who's read my answers on this topic knows why I, as a Christian am okay with homosexuality.

I was brought up in the Presbyterian church, and I did never really hear anything about homosexuality! But they didn't ever say that they condemned it or condoned it!

What the bible says: Both old and new testaments.

Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it [is] abomination.

Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

1Cr 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,
nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

Why do you treat Homosexuality like a disease? I wish you'd put why you asked the question to begin with. It just opens up the floodgate's for bigot's like the ones above me to spew out their hatred.

What do Presbyterians say about Closet gays like those above me?
