Yes, it is going to be expensive and your insurance will most likely go up. You should be very, very thankful that they only wrote the ticket for 90 instead of 97. If you were going to be charged with reckless driving, you would have been informed of that at the time.

If they were gonna do a reckless driving deal he would have arrested you or given you a ticket for reckless driving. Just follow the instructions on the ticket. It will be somewhat costly, but nothing horrible. If the fine is too much for you you can probably set up a payment plan with the court. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the ticket.

Don't worry that much, you'll only pay about under $200, and you should feel great that the cop only clocked you at 90, which is exactly 25 over the speed limit. Normally reckless driving is 25 over the speed limit and you would probably have been arrested at that time. So suck it up and go to traffic school, then your ticket would be wiped from your record.

Yes it's going to be expensive; call the phone number on the ticket and ask what is the amount of the fine and Court cost ;also if you were going to be charged with reckless driving they would have done it on site. Speeding killed my brother so please for the sake of you self and others slow down. You can plead for the mercy of the court in some states, and take a defensive driving course and they put you on probation for 3 months and if you brake any law it will go on your DL ask the someone in the D.A. office. and pray someone can lead you in the right direction other wise get ready for an expensive lesson many have learned including myself. Good Luck

that's not too bad. i was caught speeding once and the cop had his gun drawn when he came to the window. boy, he was pissed off. anyways you were only doin 25 over so that's $100 dollar court cost and a $25 ticket so $125 not bad. however seeing how this is your first ticket and all you have the option of taking a class for $50 it's called drivers safety or some such. anyways this class will prevent any points from going on your liscense so your insurance won't increase. $50 bucks is alot for a 2 hour class but in the long run you will save money on your insurance.

It should show the fine on the ticket. If not, Go to court, plead no contest, most judges will tell the group waiting to see him that if it's your first ticket, if you plead no contest and pay the court fees and some other fees, they will but you on probation so it wont show up on your record and insurance will never know. It still costs the same as the ticket pretty much....but no record and no insurance hikes...it's worth it. After 6 months it's expelled if you don't get anymore tickets. Mine was about $140.

Its going to be an expensive ticket & thats not all. It will appear on your driving record. Since your 19, your car insurance will also be affected & expect an increase in your payment soon for at least a year.

Yes. You were doing 30 km over the speed limit. You will probably lose your licence. And yes you may even be charged with reckless driving. Speed kills.
