Ok i am a 5'5 15 year old girl... i am perfectly happy with my legs, and arms.. the only part of my body i need to fix is my "love handles" , does anyone have any ides on how i might do that? or just tone up my body a little bit.. i am trying to get in shape for summer

Eat a high fiber cereal for breakfast and lunch with lite snacks in between both and a meat/vegetable dinner. Excercise at least 15 mins./day. That'll be good to start u off.

You're 15 and it's a great thing that you're happy with your legs and arms. Your hips are probably new to you, somewhat, so if you can't get happy with them you can probably lose 5-10 pounds by summer by eliminating one bad thing in your diet (soda, desert, chips, you know what it is ;) )
That area tends to be a normal fat storage in women so just losing a few pounds will probably show a difference. My new favorite abs exercise is laying on my back with a basketball between my ankles. I raise the ball unil my legs are at a 90 degree angle to the floor, then sit up to take the ball into my hands. Then I lower the ball to the ground above my head and slowly bring my legs down. I switch the ball back and forth 20 times or until it burns. I got it from a celebrity trainer site a while back and it ROCKS. Good luck & you're beautiful already!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Substitute processed sugars in your diet with fruit (eg instead of drinking coke, eat an orange) and take up a sport like swimming that builds good core strength and helps to burn some calories.

Try to eat lots and lots of veggies and drink lots of water, try working out your "core" muscles, do crunches, legs lifts, obliques etc. make sure you do cardio also because without that you wn't burn the fat on the top of all your muscles. Maybe try low impact aerobics or something. Jog or power walk and do tons of abdominal workouts.
