you just posted this. that's not fair because it moves down the other questions, like mine and then sometimes they're not answered because of that. The only REAL person that can tell you if you are obsese or not is a doctor or someone at the gym. I would definitely not say that 66kg (145 lbs) is obese for your height and age. If you feel that you are fat you can tone up. Cardio helps lose weight and fat and stuff with weights will help you tone up. Try work out dvd's if you can't or don't want to go to a gym.

Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

As a thumb rule, we count one kg per inch height. I do not think you are obese.

6ft's ideal weight would be between 75kg and 80kg
you do the maths...
it's more of an awarness and benefits for you in the long run if you are within the ideal weight range, but if you are 5'5ft and 66kg, as long as you're 'moving' (walking, running, jogging etc...), hence cardio / low blood pressure, you're alright...
stay healthy (^_^)

Most of us are Americans and we are too lazy to convert this to lbs. Too much thinking and math.
