Come on, it's okay to admit it that you have a problem. I know I do. I weigh myself before I eat everyday once before bathing and then again afterwards to see if there is any difference. I will be 21 next week and I currently weigh 124 lb due to the monthly changes, but normally I weigh 118 ib. I am 5'2'' and I want to be between 105 and 110 pounds because I have a big stomach and when I weighed that much in the past my stomach was smaller.
Just want to know if I am the only one. Please give age, height, weight and other pertinent information as you wish.

In response to Zombie_Eater's answer: I think my obsession is a healthy one especially considering how much I eat and my busy lifestyle (third year college student currently double majoring in biology and chemistry). Its easy for you to say that you are okay with your weight because by the measurements you gave, it seems that you may be underweight. Even if I lose the desired weight I will still be a normal weight for my height.
To all other responders thanks for your answers, all of you gave more than just what I asked for which will make choosing a best answer kind of hard.

I weigh myself at least once a day but I think it's ok to do that so that you don't let time go by and run into any surprises later on.
I am 5'5 and weigh 118 pounds, but in the morning it can be 116 and in the evening before bed around 120. Needless to say I am always happier in the morning. You are not the only one who worries about your weight. You are probably considered healthy for your height. If you are that obsessed with it, try doing something other than just weighing yourself to change it. For example, don't overeat and try to exercise a little and then measure your results.

I've always been that way, which is hard for me now because I'm pregnant. I'm 28, 5'4",and when I was a few years younger, and before I got married, I always weighed between 100 lbs. and 110 lbs. I loved being small, but when I got pregnant I was already at 130lbs., and being in my fourth month I'm already at 141lbs! So yeah, I weigh every single day, and after the baby is born, I'll probably go to twice a day. I don't really see it as a problem, but rather a way to catch a problem before it gets out of hand. As long as you don't have an eating disorder or something, then I wouldn't worry about it. My husband even does it!

No you aren't the only one. I have to be careful not to become overly obsessed, because I've suffered with an eating disorder in the past.
I'm 25, 5ft2 and 120lb (35-27-39). Some days I'm happy with that and other days I think I would like to be slimmer in some areas. But as you know with weight loss, it comes off from everywhere, not just the problem areas. So I can be slimmer on my hips, but would have to settle for a smaller bust and it's already small enough! I don't really want a non-existant bust for the sake of having a slimmer butt and thighs, I hope other girls can relate!

Never, I don't even own a scale. I go by how I feel and how I look in the mirror. My mirrors lie, I suspect... I look different in every one of them, but then again I live in an old house. I'm your height, and I know what it's like..I weight 100-105 I'm sure, and am very happy...it is the ideal weight for us. It doesn't really take that long to loose the extra stuff. I gained a bit over the holidays, and through flavored oatmeal (2 packets as a meal) and tea (with plain soymilk) into my diet, and cut back on the beer and wine. And voila...two weeks later back to normal. I know I don't do as well, when I fill myself, because I won't get hungry 2-2 1/2 hours later. I like to eat 5 times a day, so. I just eat small/ light things. Like low-carb yogart, oranges, oatmeal, you know whatever... until dinner. Then I eat whatever good thing I want... then get hungry for a snack later. If I don't get hungry that's when I tend to over eat...it makes sense.

You're definitely not the only one.
Age: 19
Height: 5'9
Weight: 148.8 (but I will never own up to it!!!)
Why am I obsessed? I'm a model. I need to lose twenty pounds and my measurements (THESE ARE MY REAL MEASUREMENTS: 34-28-38) get down to where they need to be. My fake measurements happen to be: 34-26-36...hahaha if they only knew.
BUTTT I'm actually really sick right now and haven't ate anything in a couple of days (not by choice!) so I have a feeling that in a couple of days I'll be around 140.
Glad I could be of some kind of help....if you want weight solutions, go into my answers under "lose weight extreeeeeeeeemeley fast."

Not to be rude, but its not healthy to obsess over your weight and image. It will do nothing but destroy you later in life. I really think you might want to talk with someone about your problem. There is more to life than studying your weight and worrying about what you consume and do.
As far as I go...I'm 20 and 5'7" weighing 105-110 (same for years) and I do alternative modeling for a friend's site. But I do that because I'm comfortable with myself regardless of weight and sizes and I like who I am inside as well.

Geez, i'm about to be 22 and i'm 130 lbs. I'm also 5'2". It all depends how your body is proportioned...you know, for girls would it be weight in your chest area or your butt or your stomach, thighs...etc. I am very self conscious of myself as well. And i don't think i have a problem because i want to be healthy. I am not looking to lose weight by not eating, in fact, my personal trainer said i need to eat more because as you eat less, your body is tricked into thinking it's not getting feed, so instead of losing the weight, your body holds onto whatever you consume. I used to weight 103 lbs about 4 years ago, but i've gained some weight all around; on my chest, butt and thighs as well as my stomach area. Sometimes it's good to be conscious about your weight, but don't be overly obssessed!

i have the same problem like you once.my waistline was 29 back then, but it's now decreased to the max of 22.the reason is because during the school holidays,i slept to the max of 10 hours and when i woke up the next morning,my waistline decreased to 28.apparently,the newspapers have confirmed that people who slept less than 7 hours gain more weight and for those who slept more than 7 loses one inch of their waistline, thus reducing some of the fat.try it.it truly does work.
