66 pounds? or what? because that would make you anorexic...

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I certainly hope you dont mean 66 POUNDS otherwise you are probably going to die tomorrow from malnutrition.

Seriously you need to bulk. Start weight traning and eat a TON.

Check this website: http://www.homanmd.com/bmi_kiloslbw.htm. You need to put your information in using either kilos and meters or pounds and inches, not a combination. You should get a BMI score between 18 and 25 to be healthy. 25-30 is risky, and 30+ is very risky.

My 11 yr old weighs that! You need help gf or your not going to be around long you are down to bones and just wasting away I will pray for you to find peace and wisdom and courage to eat and it may be 10 small meals aday I also will pray fro your family and to give all of you strenght to deal with this! Your in my prays!!!

66 kilograms or pounds? I think you mean pounds. Wow you need to check with your doctor ASAP. That is way too skinny.
