It's being common nowaday in Singapore, as the Authority had allow private own vehicle to rent out few years ago. However, there are one issue you must take note. Your current vehicle's insurance does not cover your vehicle if it is rented out for incentive. Which meant if your car was damaged or stolen during the period the car was rented out, you can't claim your insurance. There are insurance company, such as NTUC allow you to add on to the existing policy, but most of the insurance company don't allow.

Never heard of that . What country is that in. I would think it would be ok if it is a large and respectable company. If it is like American leasing, their maintenance would be better than most car owners. If you make money out of it, maybe buy another car and lease it and make more money.
