On the website of "Ministero dell'Istruzione" you find a search tool for all italian public schools (private schools are not included).

It is called "Anagrafe delle scuole statali"
Insert the data of the school you are looking for (Region or Province or Municipality).
For high schools you have to select "Scuola secondaria di II grado" from "Tipologia" menu.
What you get is a comprehensive list of all high school in the geographical area you asked for. Available data include the school address (Agricoltural, Humanities, Technical ...all in italian language). The last field of this visualization is called "visualizza schede..." and is a link to all available contacts including email and website when existing.
