Depends on your current BMI. If obese it may take several weeks to kick in. Having said that my professioanl experience is that obese peopel need a boost with what we call Conjugated Linoleic Acid CLA (Keto Oil here inn AUS by prescription) which facilitates weight loss and protects and builds muscle. You must not lose muscle when dieting as it is a major biological marker of aging.

Interestingly CLA is made from Abadeen Angus Beef tallow, is present in all range-fed cattle, lamb, full cream dairy, and chicken.

Kinda shows up the :Big Fat Lie" It is not fat that is the problem as Bob Atkins told us it is the cereal grains, bread aand past along with all other refined carbohydrates that are a major determinant

If you go to website listed below and see Insulin Zone and/or Ketogenci diet you will learn a lot ,more, or you may contact me here by email.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
