I split with my ex about a month ago and i still love him and all and would do anythin to have him back, tho he is determined to stay single and wants me to move on but im so scared of finding someone else and getting close to them incase they hurt me. I have been hurt in every relationship i have had (only last one he didnt actually do anythin to hurt me except break up with me) and i find it really hard to trust guys. Any tips?

break ups are always hard. but you got to be strong for youself. sometimes people need space, time, whatever they need. i say go hang out with your other friends and meet other people until you find the one your looking for. maybe your ex will come back to you after some deep thinking on the mistake he just made. Enjoy life.

Pokie..you can do it. Everyone went through a bad break up before and they survive..you can do it too. He is obviously want to move on..let him go cos he is not the1 for you. Dont worry, one day you will find someone better than him, trust me.
Stop keeping in touch w him, its easier for you to move on. Make urself busy w enew hobby/aactivitiy, meet new ppl hang out again a lot w ur friends..as time goes by, you will think less and less about him.
One day later, you will meet someone much better than ur ex...and u will know that u have totally get over him
