i am in the same situation, although my cat should not of gone outside! she jumped from our window just to get some!!! I'm now in this limbo stage. she is not in season any more and is very loving. so she could be pregnant. there are so many good web sites that you can get info on just search "pregnant cats" or nursing queens" but from my experience you need to do your homework!!! so many things to look out for. but until she gets to 5-6 weeks you just wont know. so just be prepared for it! i have also read that it is best to sell the kittens not just give them away, it makes people think properly about getting a kitten and the money involved. you will need to get your cat sprayed as soon as she has had her kittens. i definitely will be! you will also need to feed wet food(good quality) little and often, but just leave her a constant supply of dried kitten food down. hope that this helps

I just read about pregnant cats. The first sign of pregnancy is an enlarging of the area around the expectant mothers nipples often called pinking.By 6 weeks her abdomen is noticeablely larger and at 7 weeks she looks for a nest to give birth to her kittens. It takes 9 weeks.

No there's no threat to the mummy's existence because of her brother being the daddy. each thing you want to charm to close you may learn out of your vet. besides, you may want to nonetheless get her spayed and then you'll not ought to fret about a pregnant cat or kitten, yet that is as a lot as you. i might want to get her to the vet for a verify up and ask even as you're there about searching after her even as she's pregnant and elevating the kittens.

It sounds quiet possible that she is pregnant. - there is no point at this stage going to a vet as they can't x-ray or do bloods until much later.
If she continues to develop mammory tissue and belly gets bigger then yes preg, if nothing developes over next couple of weeks or comes into season (heat) then NO.
To be on safe side start her on a kiiten dry food ( these have more calories which she will need to develop milk and helps in development of babies) and make sure her worming is up to date.

Any entire (not fixed/spayed/speyed) female kitty in good health and over 5 months of age that takes walks outside or is visited by or lives with a tom cat (sexually mature male kitty) and has the signs you have described is most likely to be pregant!

why is your cat not spayed if she is allowed to go outdoors! Be a responsible owner and get her spayed and you will no longer have to wonder if she is pregnant!
