My 2 ½ year old daughter every morning when she wakes up, has got some or the other boils on her body. I don’t understand whether the boils are of mosquito bites or any other insect bites. It causes a lot of itching and she spreads the infection all over her body. I don’t know how to stop this. I keep the bed very clean and wash the bed linen every weekend. Even then it is of no use. Though we all sleep on the same bed, we never get any boils. Could there be any other problem with her ?

It sounds like your daughter needs to go in for allergy test, it could be your laundry detergent, or food that she is digesting. Make a doctors appointment, in the mean time try some benadryl creams, calamine lotion. And try a mild laundry detergent like Def.
If she uses bubbles in her bath, stop. Some kids have sensitive skin, it sounds like yours is one of them.
But do act on it quickly, you can't let your little one keep on suffering, if she is scratching all night, she can't be getting a good nights rest. Good Luck

P.S. It definitely doesn't sound like boils.

Boils are rather large (in comparison to mosquito bites) and are a hygiene problem!

Keep the linens washed/changed as often as possible. Before giving her a bath, make sure you have bleached the tub a few hours beforehand. Also, make sure she is getting at least 1-2 baths daily!

BUT, I must caution you. Since these "boils" seem to have become a chronic problem, I would HEAVILY suggest you make an appointment with her Pediatrician. He/She will more than likely prescribe an antibiotic to help clear up this infection. Another thing to look out for (and the reason for going to the Dr, too!) is a little thing called MRSA. If left untreated it could produce life threatening results. Your child's Pediatrician will be able to further elaborate and also be able to take a sample of the boil and see if she does have MRSA.

Take your child to a homeopath dioctor. If it is insect bite, Apis Melifica is the medicine. If simple boils, Hepar Sulph to be used. Better consult the doctor instead of going for self medication.

If the infection is spreading all over her body she has something else and should be seen by a Dr. Have you switched laundry soap or reg body soap? For boils they hurt and after they reach a size they seap out crap and don't spread like that but you use black tape to draw out boils and heat. Heat first then black tape. But it sounds like she has maybe ring worm or something like that if it is spreading and boils don't itch they hurt. ring worm itches and spreads all over the body from itching have her wash her hands everytime you see her itch. Id by over the counter ring worm medication or call your Dr. and get her seen!GL hope this helps God Bless or if it is in patches like and itch could be shiegles.

I agree that you have to take her to the doctor. This could be more serious than you think. Just tell her to drink a lot of milk or green antioxidant tea in the mean time. It might be accumulated toxins in her body or something she is really allergic to, maybe new sheets? But take her to the doctor pronto!

Good Luck

Hallo, I think these may be happening due to allergic. Are you using any mosqueto coils or some other related. Stop one by one. If these techniques wont give you results. It is time to go to doctor.

If you delayed something happening serious. This is your first important work, so go to doctor today or use my tips. You must find also allergic caused by soap, food etc.,

Mail me if your problem resolved. essarrenn@yahoo.com

A nice hot cup of tea with honey in it. Try to stay off milk as this can thicken mucus. A teaspoon of butter with sugar mixed in it can help. Don't eat it in one go, suck the mix slowly off the spoon.

Boils treatment using Garlic and Onion
Garlic and onions have proved most effective among the several home remedies found beneficial in the treatment of boils. The juice of garlic or onion may be applied externally on boils to help ripen them, break them, and evacuate the pus. An equal quantity of the juices of these two vegetables can also be applied with beneficial results. Eating of two to three pods of garlic during meals will also bring good results.
Boils treatment using Bitter Gourd
Bitter gourd is another effective home remedy for blood-filled boils. A cupful of fresh juice of this vegetable, mixed with a teaspoon of lime juice, should be taken, sip by sip, on an empty stomach daily for a few months to treat this condition.
Boils treatment using Milk Cream
Milk cream is beneficial in the treatment of boils. One teaspoon of milk cream, mixed with half a tea spoon of vinegar, and a pinch of turmeric powder, makes an excellent poultice. It helps in ripening the blood boils and in their healing without allowing them to become septic.
Boils treatment using Betel Leaves
Betel leaves are a valuable remedy for boils. A leaf is gently warmed till it becomes soft. It is then coated with a layer of castor oil. The oiled leaf should be spread over the inflamed part. It should be replaced every few hours. After a few applications, the skin boil will rupture, draining out all the purulent matter.
Boils treatment using Cumin Seeds
Cumin seeds are beneficial in the treatment of boils. The seeds should be ground in water and made into a paste. This paste can be applied to boils with beneficial results.
Boils treatment using Margosa Leaves
The use of margosa leaves has proved effective in boils. They can be used as a poultice, decoction, or liniment with beneficial results. To make the decoction, 15 gm of margosa leaves should be boiled in 500 ml of water till it is reduced by one-third.
Boils treatment using Parsley
To treat boils, this vegetable should be steeped in boiled water till it is soft and juicy. When comfortably hot, it should be wrapped with clean muslin or linen cloth and applied to the boils as a poultice.
Boils treatment using Turmeric
Application of turmeric powder on boils speeds up the healing process. In the case of fresh boils, a few dry roots of turmeric are roasted, the ashes dissolved in a cupful of water, and then applied over the affected portion. This solution enables the boils to ripen and burst.
Diet For Patients With Skin Boils
Fast on orange juice with water
A thorough cleansing of the system is essential for the treatment of boils. To begin with, the patient may fast on orange juice diluted with water on a 50:50 basis for three to four days, or adopt an exclusive diet of fresh juicy fruits from five to seven days.
Well-balanced diet
After the short juice fast or the all-fruit diet, as the case may be, the patient should adopt a well-balanced diet, with emphasis on wholegrain cereals, raw vegetables, and fresh fruits. Further periods of a juice fast or an all-fruit diet may be necessary, depending on the general health level and bodily condition of the patient.
Avoid tea/coffee, cakes, pastries, condiments and sauces
The patient should avoid tea and coffee, starchy and sugary foods, especially cakes, pastries, sweets, chocolates, white sugar, and white bread. He should also avoid all condiments, pickles, and sauces.
