Yes well typically speaking I prefer to evaluate the looks of actual humans over cartoons, although from time to time a hot cartoon character pops up on the scene. She-ra was hot when I was younger, and maybe Lara Croft was a bit sexy through Uni... I haven't really ever experienced a sexy snow white... although the only female smurf had some strange sex appeal.
But back to your question, your avatar, for an avatar, i suppose is cute, as are all of the yahoo avatars though, which in this world doesn't really assist in separating the mutton from the lamb. Maybe you could provide direction to some real pictures and we could provide much more accurate answers.
Oh and should I mention I attempted to make my avatar look as close to Joe Dirt as I could, and nothing like me...

are you kidding me? your avatar is a cartoon character with 5 different faces to choose from. You can't look HOT in a cartoon avatar.
