no...........honey is not dairy and isn't perishable until expiration.......storing honey in the fridge will thicken it.................i store it at room temp........it comes out to have the perfect density.....

No....I'm 45 years old and have never stored honey in the fridge. It doesn't spoil...there are specific reasons I just don't know what they are.

No, I know a few honey producers. Honey never spoils if your honey starts to crystalize, just put the container in some hot(not boiling) water, and it will go back to its original consistency. Honey never has to be refridgerated.

Honey has an indefinite shelf-life due to its high concentration of sugar. Keep it in a cool location away from direct sunlight in a tightly covered container. Honey may be frozen, although there's really no need.

Store it in a cool dry place, not neccesarily in a fridge......bees don't have fridges too. They keep their hives cool by fanning their wings
