Drop your calorie count to 1200 and Anything below will really hurt you, and do all body workouts, Run, Life, Squat, High Kicks, Jump Rope, and Bike all in 30-45 min a day make sure you still eat Carbs, Protein, Sugars, and take a daily multivitamin. and you'll lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks if you want. Make sure you keep fats to you minimum look at your nutrition facts on the back of the food label.... I am not lieing its going to be hard, so come up with a motivational tool, and stick the the same healthy foods... If the food you want has no label take it home go online and look it up,... Like calories for a banana or apple or tuna guess if its half a pound or w.e Good luck to you.

The quickest and most efficient way to lose 20 pounds is by doing the following yogic exercises everyday and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Well, the quickest way would be to cut of a limb, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Losing weight is a simple equation, if you do excercise that uses more energy than the food you eat you'll lose weight. A big problem is procrastination, you have to find ways of making sure you stick to your excersice plan that work for you.


Also, if you're more active, you'll think less about food, and won't eat as much.

The quickest is to exercise, maybe talk to your physician about getting on a supplement to help you. Vitamins are also a great thing while trying to loss weight. Eat healthy and try to relax and not stress as much. Even if you don't loose twenty pounds you may be able to tone your body so that you will look exactly like you want to. I hope this helps.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

LAPTOPRIL at wal-mart drink water and diet green tea and take 2 pills three times aday and drink alot of water and you will lose it in 2-3 weeks those pills are great! Hope this helps and if you exercise more while on them you lose weight faster just a hint!

eat no meat or fats just veggies and salads
no dressings no fying
and walk two hours aday no need to jog
