Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. STOP COUNTING. EATING MORE AND BURNING AS MUCH IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

If you played expert mode almost non-stop for almost an hour....it could be possible.

But, here's a test:

If you really burned 1000 calories, you should be able to run
6-6:20 minute mile pace for about an hour. And, yes, if you're really in the good aerobic shape, you should be doing more than just playing DDR...maybe triathlons.

And no, eating a lot and burning a lot isn't good. I used to think that way when I was 17-ish IE "who cares I'm eating an 1000 calorie mexican dish I'm going to burn 1200 in my workout". The trick is to get the most nutrients out of the smallest diet (IE 30% fat, 30% protien, 40% carbs) with the least amount of calories (with things like fish, fruits, veggies, and beans...and nothing sugary or starchy).

That way you build muscle quickly and have nothing in your body that will often get stored as fat before you get to burn it (such as high glycemic carbs from rice/potatoes/white breads/wheat breads).

Your cardio system will become even faster and you will start to look kinda like those women in triathlon magazines...something between 8-12% body fat and lots of feminine looking lean muscle.

And trust me, I'm 26 now doing that kinda diet, and I can beat my high school 5K records (back when I was 17-18 years old) back when I trained just as hard (if not harder) and was nearly as thin but ate high calorie junk.

Go for the gold...

Eating a lot & burning a lot is not good becz sometimes u wont be able to really burn that much of energy needed..So just say u dont burn a lot as u want to & eat too much then it wont work out. What is DDR?

Since you are already going to the gym, then your weight will not change unless you go to the gym an extra hour or so a day, as you are burning the exact amount that you are eating. Unless you build more muscle, in which case you will gain weight.
