Drink two full glasses of water right when you wake up and also before every meal. That will bring definitely bring your weight down. It is a great way to lose weight because you don't feel deprived. You can eat what you want, but you'll find that you feel like eating much less without even thinking about it. If you can make this a life long habit you will maintain a healthier weight. I won't guarantee that you will lose six kg in 3 weeks. My guess would be 4 kg. But the amazing thing if you keep this up is that it just continues going down gradually.

If you can aviod snacking between meals that will bring it down even faster and if you seriously want to lose weight fast and have the willpower, do not eat anything with sugar in it. (That means reading labels of everything!) That one is difficult to do but if you can do it you will lose weight very quickly. It works well if you need to lose weight for some particular event, but it is not something you are likely to keep up your whole life.

Skipping meals is not very effective. You'll just end up eating a bigger meal later or snacking on junk food.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

cant really tell u much bc everyone is diff and have diff type of body and metabolism..few of the basic things i can tell u
eat alot of vegetables and fruits if u r not eating those already
since u have 6 week i would say to go to the gym for hour or two everyday
@ the gym for 4 days do aerobic workout for 45 min and more
and for 2 days do weight traininig
this is the best advise i can give
also --most imp aspect is ur willingness to loose weight
everything else is easy
