if one friends had a hicky on her tiddy n at first it was normal then it turned in to 5 reddish-blackish looking dots wat the hell is it hurry up please.

It just sounds like it's bruised. It's better to go to a doctor though.

bruising. Basically that is what a hickey is a bruise. Because the breast tissue is so sensitive it is not a favorable area for such to occur. But is seems to be a favorite spot anyway. If there are lumps underneath then it is possible that is due to clotting (bruising is clotting) and if it does not clear up in a few days and go thru the normal color changes that bruises do then a trip to the Dr might be required. There are creams available that assist in the breakdown of bruises
