HK Gal I think your intolerance for other peoples life-styles is sick, so keep it to yourself.
And ignore the person that said stay away from Canada.
But I'm not sure if what you speak of exists my friend. If it does, it will be extremely under-ground and hard to find.

You know, you're better off going to Amsterdam. It's not as though every corner you turn people are smoking weed. It's not as open as it is in The Netherlands.

Hate to burst your little dream bubble but marijuana is illegal in Canada. There are a few great growing areas in Canada but it is still illegal.
